MISSION STATEMENT

We are a non-profit Christian relief and development organization that works with poor communities worldwide to bring the hope of clean water, shelter, schools and food security.

ABOUT US

Hope in Progress was founded in 2010 by Reynolds and Beth Holiman seeing a need after serving in Haiti following the earthquake. This led Reynolds, a civil engineer, to use his skills to develop means for safe drinking water and sanitation. Reynolds furthered his training at Equip International (a missionary training compound in Marion, NC), with courses in water technologies- filters, water pumping and well drilling.

Hope in Progress partners with missionaries and pastors in developing countries to offer technical assistance for water wells, schools, and agricultural projects. Beth, with a teaching background, works alongside Reynolds serving women and children through camps and Bible studies, and the establishment of micro-businesses.

Since 2018, Hope in Progress has sponsored a countrywide Farming God's Way Trainer in Sierra Leone to teach God-honroring sustainable farming and gardening techniques.

The goal is to serve others around the world, sharing the love of Christ. Not only does Hope In Progress help in finding safe drinking water and sustainable food harvesting, but also shares about the Living Water- Jesus Christ.

Hope in Progress is a 501(c)3 organization.
